Productions License Agreement for Pictures and Video Use on the Internet
In the
following agreement, the party who is granting the right to use pictures
will be referred to as FA Productions and the party who is receiving the
right to use the licensed property will be referred to as Licensee.
Picture sets and/or video included in this license will be referred to
as PICS.
In order to receive the model ID and release for
any sets purchased, this agreement must be filled out and sent to us.

FA Productions owns/distributes the PICS in accordance with this
agreement, FA Productions grants the Licensee a non-exclusive website
license to display and use the PICS for online use from the Licensee’s
website. FA Productions retains title and complete ownership of the
PICS. The Licensee agrees not to sell or distribute the PICS on
diskettes, CD ROMS or any other medium. The Licensee is not allowed to
trade any of the PICS for a link(s) on any other sites or any other
service or product. The Licensee is not allowed to RESELL any of the
PICS.
The PICS may be displayed and used on all domains owned and operated by
the Licensee which are to be provided by the Licensee to FA Productions.
The PICS can be used for HTML design, logo design and banner design by
the Licensee at no extra cost. The Licensee is allowed to resize, rename
or change the format of the PICS.
The PICS are licensed and all models are 18 or over the age of 18 at the
time of photography. FA Productions retains the model releases, and
promotional agreements and will produce model release for PICS in the
event that the PICS are challenged. The custodian of records is: J. C.

This agreement shall be binding on any successors of the parties. The
Licensee does not have the right to assign its interests in this
agreement to any other party, unless the prior written consent is
obtained by FA Productions. An administrative fee of $25.00 will apply.
This agreement contains the entire agreement of the parties and there
are no other promises or conditions in any other agreement whether oral
or written. This agreement supersedes any prior written or oral
agreements between the parties.
This agreement may be modified or amended by FA Productions, and the
amendment will be sent to the Licensee in writing.
APPLICABLE LAW: This agreement shall be governed by the laws of the
state of Georgia, USA. The Licensee holds FA Productions harmless for
any legal issues relating to the distribution of the PICS as they relate
to the community standards and adult entertainment laws as set forth in
the city/county, state or country, and the Licensee and his or her
websites. FA Productions does not warrant PICS to be acceptable in
Licensee’s community, and the Licensee has assumed full responsibility
for determining what PICS are suitable for distribution. FA Productions
warrants the PICS are fully copyrighted, and the Licensee warrants the
PICS free of intellectual property violations only. All PICS are in
compliance with Canadian and U. S. Federal Laws: FA Productions, Inc.
